Born in Godolphin Road in 1968, a mere 400 metres from Helstons Guildhall (a claim to which makes my husband envious due to his being born 600 metres away), I am extrememly proud of my local heritage and ties to the area. At the age of 18 months I moved to the village of Porkellis where members of my family have resided since the 1700's, attending the local primary school, Halwin. As a "Bolitho" of Porkellis.  At Halwin I was the third generation of Bolitho to attend, my great-grandfather having helped to build the school in 1895 (my nephew Rhys is still a pupil at the school, therefore continuing the tradition and local ties), then I went to Helston Comprehensive.

I then returned to live in my birthplace during the 1980s. As a mature student I was able to continue with academic study with The University of Plymouth and Worcester respectively whereby I obtained a BA Hons in Education in 2013.

My passion outside of work and education, however has always been interior  design and  art. As an estate agent, i thoroughly enjoy viewing clients homes and understanding the design and decoration that the owner has chosen.

As a proud Helstonian, it is Flora Day that will always hold an extra special place for me, none more so than in 2005 when I was invited to lead the Midday Dance. I am  proud to have created and helped manage a successful local business with my husband since 2002.

I was born and still live in the coastal village of Mullion. I am married to Lisa and have two grown up children, Gemma and Ben and have been blessed to have two grandsons and three granddaughters.

My hobbies are cricket and football and in my spare time I coach the youngsters of The Lizard peninsula cricket at Mullion cricket club  and on occasions I still turn out for the village seconds on a Saturday, during the winter i coach Lizard Argyle under 18s football team.  If I am not found down at the club I am on the coastal footpath or on Dartmoor walking my three dogs Freddie (Flintoff)  Lilly and Nellie ( Springers )

When I left school I worked at the Polurrian hotel where I eventually became manager but in 1997 I decided it was time for a career change so I joined a corporate estate agency and I worked with Alan Christophers for 5 years, I was delighted when Alan and Patricia announced that they were setting up Christophers and offered me the job as branch manager in Mullion. I have been exceptionally lucky to work for such great employers who allow us, the staff, to use the best of our abilities to ensure our clients are given the best advice with their interests our absolute priority.

We do not sell mortgages/finance or conveyancing, just houses through basic old fashioned estate agency! I have been very proud and privileged to work from our Mullion office which covers the whole of The Lizard peninsula and thank everyone for all there support and trust which has been shown to me over the past years.

I was born and brought up in Porthleven and moved into Helston in 2004. I worked for a solicitors in Falmouth for two years then a position in a local solicitors in Helston came up and I worked for them for a further two years. I left the solicitors to have my daughter and to concentrate on being a mum. In the new year of 2010 I was itching to go back to work and I joined Christophers in the February.

I am based in the Porthleven office which to me is ideal, as I am from Porthleven, know the village very well and have strong local knowledge.

I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising, shopping and having completed the Brighton marathon in April 2017, I love to run and go to the gym.

I have lived and worked in Helston for most of my life and was educated locally.  I am married to Louise and have two children.  I joined Christophers in 2011 having worked for another local Cornish Company for 26 years in various sales environments.  In this time I have amassed a wealth of knowledge which I now bring to the Christophers name.

I like the outdoors whether it being walking, cycling or enjoying all that our beautiful County offers. I am a licenced FA coach and run a youth football team at Helston AFC. I am a big sports fan especially supporting the glorious Manchester United, which I hope will not deter any prospective clients!

I am very enthusiastic, with an attention to detail and pride myself on delivering the highest standards of customer service.

Born in Cardiff, I first came to Cornwall as a fifteen year old accompanying my friend and her family who originated from the county. I loved what I saw and decided I would like to live here. In 1981 I was able to make the move, my two sons were educated here but have had to move away to follow their chosen careers.

My husband Clive is a third generation builder from a family firm located just outside Helston and we share an interest in property and architecture.

I retired from Cornwall Council after over 25 years service with no intention of further employment. However when an opportunity arose to work for Christophers, I was excited at the prospect as it was something I had always wanted to do. I bring enthusiasm tempered with an understanding about the many reasons people have for moving from one home to another.

I enjoy walking the coast path and love to spend time on the beaches. A keen member of Helston and District U3A I enjoy various activities ranging from Table Tennis to learning (!) Mandarin.

I have worked at Christophers since November 2006 when I was invited to join the team when the Porthleven office opened. I have always been interested in property and I love meeting people: so this job combines both and I consider myself very fortunate to have the opportunity of meeting so many lovely people while working in such a beautiful place.

I moved to Porthleven from Helston on my 3rd birthday and grew up in the village, one of my grandparents was a fisherman and one a farmer, so I think it’s fair to say my roots are truly ‘Cornish’. The local knowledge I have, has proved to be invaluable to prospective purchasers and vendors alike.

I am married to Steve and have a grown up daughter and son. In my leisure time I love spending time with my family, walking our dog across the cliffs; especially on a windy day when you can ‘blow the cobwebs away’, kayaking around our beautiful coastline, swimming, meeting up with friends, listening to music, cooking, dancing and reading. I have taken part in various crazy charity fund raising activities from pushing a car from Helston to Penzance, cycling 36 miles in the pouring rain and howling wind as well as power walking a marathon around London in the middle of the night!

In my work I always try to remember that I am not dealing with houses but peoples HOMES!

I spent most of my childhood in St Keverne attending the local school and then Helston Comprehensive.  Following this I went on to further education at Camborne College.

Having worked in the building trade for many years and moving home numerous times it gave me a passion for properties. I decided to make the most of this enthusiasm by seeking employment in estate agency. I secured a position with Christophers in 2007.

I now live in Helston with my daughter who shares my interest in properties and is interested in interior design. My favourite activities, other than watching house programmes, include regular sessions at the gym, walking, cinema and chilling out with family and friends.

I joined Christophers Estate Agents in October 2011 after returning to Cornwall from University. I grew up in Porthleven and attended Porthleven and Helston School where I had the honour of being Head Boy. I have always had an interest in property and am passionate about the area in which I live. I am excited about joining Christophers at such an exciting time for the company.

Outside of estate agency my main love is music and have played for many local Brass Bands as well as School and County Ensembles. In 2006 I went to Birmingham Conservatoire to study musical composition where I achieved a first class honours degree. In 2010 I continued my studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London where I was awarded a Masters degree in Music. My music has been performed at various venues across the country including Symphony Hall, Birmingham, the Wigmore Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, London.

I was born and educated in Penzance.  After attending the Penzance Grammar School for Girls, I then went on to complete a two year secretarial course at Camborne College (now Cornwall College).  My very first full-time employment was at an estate agent in Penzance.  I spent five happy years there before moving to Helston, at the age of twenty-two, to get married and raise a family.  I am very lucky to have two children – a daughter and a son – and one grandson (to date!).

I have now lived in my adopted town of Helston for over thirty years and have worked in the town in both the private and public sectors; first as a secretary in a firm of solicitors and later, when both my children were established in primary school, in a teaching support role at the College. In January 2018 I was very pleased to be invited to join the team at Christophers’, a local company whose reputation for warm and friendly service is combined with a traditional and professional approach.  I look forward to contributing towards their continued success.

When not working alongside my colleagues, I enjoy cooking at home with my partner and dining out together with family and friends.  We love travelling overseas but equally enjoy long coastal walks here in Cornwall, during the autumn and winter, and endless sun filled days spent reading and relaxing on our fabulous sandy beaches in the summer time.

I joined Christophers Estate Agents in February 2018, following several years working in Administration within the NHS.

I was brought up in Porthleven and feel extremely luckily to be raising my family in the village where I grew up.

Outside of work, my main hobby is playing with a local brass band where we have competed at Regional and National Competitions.  I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, swimming and baking.

I was born in Helston and at the age of two moved to Newlyn.  I returned to Helston just after I failed my eleven plus and attended secondary school there.  I started in estate agency in 1977 and trained to be a surveyor.

I was one of the original team at Christophers alongside my wife Patricia , Garry and Sheila without whose support and help the company would not have started.

I have two children and I am fortunate to combine my two main hobbies of sport and photograpy with my pictures of Helston teams appearing form time to time in the local press.  I have followed Manchester United since 1966 but was connected to them from birth having been named after Duncan Edwards who had shortly before lost his life in the Munich air crash. In my younger years I played cricket and football for Helston.  I enjoy listening to music particularly The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Paul Simon and Coldplay.

I am very lucky to have worked alongside so many dedicated, professional, successful and genuinely nice colleagues in my time with Christophers Estate Agents.

What our clients say:

Exceptional service. I bought and sold through Christophers and cannot fault the staff or the service I received.  My house was under offer within one day of it being on the market, which I couldn't believe, and the whole process ran very smoothly.  I received tremendous support from Christophers and would highly recommend them, I cannot thank them enough.

Mrs Peters
